The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field operations that support new network integration, preventative maintenance, and customer-focused remote hands activities. This includes managing a team of field technicians, ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience, and maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. The Vice President will also be a key liaison between executive leadership and field teams, driving clear communication, operational efficiency, and consistent execution. Applicants for the Vice President of Field Services position at the company should have a strong background in the telecommunications or utility industry, with a minimum of 10 years' experience. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, although relevant certifications or equivalent civil construction experience will be considered. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of at least 7 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity, and the ability to de-escalate customer concerns, create and implement training programs, and coordinate operational maintenance tasks.
