Licensed Massage Therapist (On-Call with Growth Potential) - Skintuition Are you a passionate, skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) looking for an exciting opportunity to help build a new service from the ground up? Skintuition, a highly-regarded and established spa focused on exceptional client care and customized beauty and wellness treatments, is expanding our offerings and seeking a dedicated LMT to join our team! This is a brand-new, on-call(pre scheduled) position with significant growth potential. We are looking for a collaborative partner who can help us establish a loyal massage clientele, with the ultimate goal of transitioning into a regular, scheduled position with more days and hours. Will work with LMT on what day(s) work best for them. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional, customized massage therapy services to clients on an on-call basis(pre scheduled), including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massage. * Assess clients' needs and suggest appropriate services and frequency. * Maintain accurate client records and SOAP notes. * Ensure a clean, professional, and soothing treatment environment. * Actively collaborate with Skintuition management to strategize on marketing, scheduling, and service development to build a consistent clientele. * Adhere to all local and state licensing laws and sanitation protocols. * Maintain open communication with the Skintuition team to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications: * Must hold a current and valid state-issued Massage Therapist License. * A minimum of 1 year of professional massage experience is preferred. * Proven ability to provide a variety of massage modalities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic demeanor. * Must be available to work on an on-call basis, including flexibility for evenings and weekends as clientele demands. * A strong desire to grow a business and a collaborative mindset is essential.
