As a Vehicle Operator , you'll work hands-on with advanced vehicles, supporting daily testing, ensuring safety, and helping engineering teams improve performance and reliability. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge technology while contributing directly to the future of mobility.Job Details Schedule Options:Day Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PMNight Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AMWorkdays Available:Thursday–MondayWednesday–SundayFriday–TuesdaySaturday–Wednesday(Night shift also includes Tuesday–Saturday)Pay & Bonuses:$25/hour base+5% weekend bonus+2% night shift bonusUp to 7% total bonus on weekend nightsResponsibilities • Drive test vehicles 4–8 hours per day (safety-focused)Monitor vehicle systems and respond to real-time situationsSupport vehicle operations and on-road testingPerform basic software and hardware tasksConduct daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenanceDocument issues and provide detailed feedback to engineering teamsAssist with logistics, vehicle readiness, and cleanlinessRepresent the program professionally when interacting with the publicRequirements Clean driving record + no criminal historyComfortable driving for long periods (6–8 hours/day)Basic technical / troubleshooting skillsStrong communication (written & verbal)Detail-oriented with a proactive, safety-first mindsetBonus Qualifications:Technical background (IT, engineering, automotive, or similar)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMilitary backgroundWhy Apply?
