Major DutiesCoordinates the Constable's schedule.Answers telephone and greets visitors; provides information and assistance; takes messages; refers to appropriate personnel.Enters all civil processing paperwork from the court; maintains records of all distributions to Deputy Constables.Gathers and prepares daily citations.Coordinates meetings and appointments for department administrators.Collects funds and balances cash receipts.Coordinates employee travel arrangements.Assists in processing requisitions and payment requests.Maintains employee attendance records.Documents department staff meetings.Generates monthly service reports.Maintains the mail log.Assists with sign-up and continuing education for employees and reserve personnel.Prepares a variety of forms.Assists in the location of addresses.Maintains department office equipment.Assists in managing the department budget.Performs any other duties as assigned.
