A company is looking for a Chaplain - Bereavement & Grief Support. Key Responsibilities Provide spiritual and emotional support to staff and families experiencing grief and loss Facilitate grief support groups and memorial services while maintaining accurate documentation Develop educational offerings related to grief and collaborate with various departments for staff wellness initiatives Required Qualifications Master's Degree in theology, divinity, or religious studies Graduation from an accredited seminary or school of theology One year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting Completion of four Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units Preferred certifications from recognized chaplain organizations
