AI Governance Manager

Role: AI Governance AnalystLocation: Inver Grove Heights, MN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Duration: Contract Job Description:AI Governance Analyst to support enterprise AI initiatives by ensuring proper governance, documentation, and compliance across use cases. This role partners with data science, IT, and risk teams to align AI work with NIST AI RMF, SDLC, and internal control standards.Support and improve AI governance processes and standardsTrack governance checkpoints, approvals, and documentationPrepare and review governance artifacts (risk, controls, testing, monitoring)Partner with business, data, and IT teams to ensure complianceSupport SDLC, ITGCs, and audit-ready documentationPrepare materials for governance boards and reportingExperience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, or program coordinationExposure to SDLC and enterprise documentation practicesStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in tech/data environments Nice to HaveAI/ML or data analytics exposureNIST AI RMF familiarityITGC or audit experienceExperience supporting governance boards
