The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive preventive and therapeutic dental care, including dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and patient education. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing dental prophylaxis, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases, providing preventive dental care including fluoride treatments and sealants, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining detailed patient records. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with our dentists to provide excellent oral care to our patients.QualificationsCurrent Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in PennsylvaniaExperience in general dentistry and expertise in dental care practicesProficiency in dental hygiene and dental prophylaxis proceduresKnowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instrumentsStrong communication skills to provide patient education and consultationFamiliarity with digital dental imaging techniques and equipmentCommitment to patient safety and maintaining a clean, sterile environmentAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented settingBasic familiarity with dental softwareAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient recordsBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurance (Employer-paid)Paid time offPaid holidaysRetirement plan
