Event Assistant (Part Time)

We're on the lookout for passionate, reliable and friendly event staff to support our shows across Northern New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. This is a part-time role, perfect for those who thrive in live event environments and are excited to grow with a creative, expanding business. Role we're hiring for: Event Assistant (Fridays/Saturdays) Manage guest check-in and assist with seating Liaise with musicians and venue staff Oversee event setup, lighting and ambience Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience Troubleshoot and lead with calm professionalism What we're looking for: Strong communication & customer service skills. Availability on Fridays & Saturdays. Must have a car or the ability to car share.
