Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Emergency Room Nurse based in Dover, FL. The Emergency Room Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an emergency setting, assessing and managing patients with acute conditions, and collaborating with medical teams to deliver quality critical care. Additional duties include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment for patients and their families. Qualifications Expertise in Emergency Nursing and Patient CareStrong proficiency in Nursing and Medicine practicesExperience in Critical Care MedicineEffective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of FloridaBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications requiredPrevious experience in emergency room or acute care settings is a plus
