LuxWall has the potential to redefine building performance globally and forever change the way buildings are designed and constructed.Job Overview:In this newly created role for our Sales and Marketing organization, you will be the engine behind our market expansion. This is a high impact role that will aid in the acceleration of our GTM strategies. You will lead the recruitment lifecycle for high-impact roles—from Technical Sales Engineers and Channel Managers to Product Marketers and Brand Strategists—ensuring we have the talent to navigate GTM for our category defining technology.Position Responsibilities:Lead Sales and Marketing Talent Acquisition across the U.S where you will act as a strategic talent partner to Sales and Marketing leaders, translating commercial priorities into effective, scalable talent acquisition strategiesManage the recruiting process for professional sales and sales support roles, including sourcing, pipeline development, screening, interviewing, and offer managementDevelop and maintain talent pipelines using a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing strategiesEvaluate candidate qualifications through resume review, screening, and structured interviews to determine best fitIdentify & implement screening & selection assessment technology to aid in identifying best in class solutions which improve hiring and retention outcomes.Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, business priorities, and talent market dynamicsContribute to the development of company-wide TA frameworks, tools, and best practices for Sales and Marketing rolesPartner with Employer Brand and Marketing teams to support recruitment marketing and employer brand initiatives for Sales and Marketing talentContinuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager capability through innovation and best practiceHelp influence hiring decisions at each point in the recruiting processUse data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies and iterate on our interview processPosition Requirements:Experience: 6–10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with a proven track record of recruiting sales, marketing, or commercial-facing roles at mid-to-senior levelsStrategic Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean, X-ray searching, and CRM tools.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and consult with VPs and executive leadership.Agility & Urgency: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining high quality in candidate selection.Proven Proficiency Experience recruiting for professional-level sales and marketing positions (e.g., territory managers, account managers, marketing managers, designers, sales enablement, etc)Strong relationship-building, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Ability to partner effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and influence hiring decisionsHigh level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentialityOther duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications and Experiences:Experience in high-growth or B2B Manufacturing/Marketing environments.Proven track record of building high-performing Sales and Marketing teamsA passion for identifying top talent and driving business growthAbility to travel within MI (45%)Ability to work onsiteLuxWall, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
