Solutions Assistant, Public Policy (Market Research)

Heart+Mind Strategies is seeking individuals who are excited to begin a career in market research, strategy, and consulting!Through their support of all phases of qualitative and quantitative research projects, our Solutions Assistants are vital members of each client team. As an assistant, support a broader team in accurately and efficiently executing all components of research projects, including but not limited to: ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle; creation of compelling and graphically pleasing deliverables; secondary research; and project coordination and management. This position does include occasional nights and weekends as needed for qualitative focus groups.Our research work increasingly leverages innovative technologies and AI-powered tools to deliver deeper insights faster.
