Senior Financial Analyst The Senior Financial Analyst is a highly analytical and strategic role responsible for driving business performance through KPI ownership, financial insights, and cross-functional partnership. This individual will work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership to support planning, forecasting, and investment decisions that fuel company growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making at the leadership level. Compensation: The base salary for this role is between $100k-$120k.Responsibilities Own and manage critical KPIs that are central to overall business performanceServe as a key business partner to GTM leadership, providing financial insights and guidanceCollaborate with Data and BI teams to query, validate, and maintain revenue-related KPIsManage GTM budgets, including headcount planning and non-compensation expense forecastingDevelop business cases and financial models to support new investments and revenue growth initiativesSupport preparation of board materials, including contributing to business leader presentations and insightsRespond to and manage ad hoc financial analysis requests from leadershipContinuously improve KPI tracking, reporting processes, and financial visibility across the organizationRequirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldStrong experience in FP&A or financial analysisExperience working with BI tools and SalesforceProven ability to effectively partner with business leaders and executive stakeholdersExperience working with KPIs in a recurring revenue (MRR) business modelStrong Excel skills and ability to analyze and model complex data setsExperience in the tech industry preferredAbility to simplify complex data into clear, compelling insightsStrong attention to detail and analytical rigorExcellent collaboration and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and building processes from the ground upWork Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential duties of this job.
