Account Executive
Job Overview:Search Solution Group is seeking an Account Executive on behalf of our client, a licensed insurance broker and employee benefits agency. This role is critical in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing high-quality support to employees. The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration, helping to enhance employee satisfaction and streamline benefits processes.Key Responsibilities:Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and life insurance Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits Conduct employee orientation sessions to explain benefits offerings and procedures Manage HRIS systems for accurate tracking of employee benefits data Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and resolve issues promptly Analyze benefits data and trends to support decision-making and improve program effectiveness Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and enhance service delivery Support overall HR initiatives related to employee well-being and benefits Requirements include:Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Experience:Proven experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar HR role Experience managing employee benefits programs and vendor relationships Skills:Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro preferred) Excellent data analysis and reporting skills for interpreting benefits information Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and vendors Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Certifications:Professional HR or benefits-related certifications preferred but not required Knowledge:Familiarity with federal and state employee benefits regulations Understanding of employee relations and HR policies Key Competencies:Strong attention to detail and accuracy Collaborative and team-oriented approach Problem-solving mindset to resolve benefits-related issues efficiently Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex information clearly Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and vendors How to Apply:To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button at the top right of your screen.
