Director, Supply Chain Management and Hospital Contracts

At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range for this position is $77.14 to $115.72, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth. The Director of Supply Chain and Hospital Contracts provides executive oversight and leadership for planning, developing, and implementing systems and processes that manage and control all supply chain activities and contracts across three hospitals and multiple ambulatory clinics within the healthcare system. This position ensures the effective management of hospital-wide supply purchasing, distribution, inventory management, patient transport, code cart management, departmental contracts, and vehicle leasing. The Director is responsible for aligning procurement strategies with the healthcare system's strategic direction, maintaining strong vendor relationships, delivering quality goods and services, and driving operational efficiency. The role involves high-level contract management, continuous improvement initiatives, and the overall success of supply chain operations that enhance both clinical outcomes and financial sustainability across the entire system.
