Our Client is looking for a Founding AE to land their first US logos in the AI infrastructure space.Title: First US Sales Hire / Founding AELocation: NYC, Hybrid 2 days/weekMinimum Experience: 3+ years closing B2B SaaSOTE: $220K to $260K (50/50 split, uncapped)Equity: Up to 0.05%, 4-year vest, 1-year cliffIndustry: AI agent infrastructure / dev toolsThe Role: AI infrastructure startup building the rails for businesses to ship products inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Founded by repeat operators with a prior exit to a Fortune 100. Live deployments already running with Fortune 500 brands across travel, retail, luxury, insurance, and SaaS. International GTM already in motion, this seat is the US ground floor. Reports directly to the CEO. Co-founder relocating from Europe to NYC before year-end. Same room, same fight.Key Responsibilities:Own the full cycle: outbound, discovery, technical co-design, closeLand the first US logosWrite the playbook the next hires will runSell a 50/50 mix of software (MCP cloud and analytics) and services (bespoke builds by the engineering team)Average deal: $50K to $100K, roughly half MRR and half non-recurring at signingWho You're Selling To:Primary: Marketing Directors, Acquisition Marketing Managers, Growth and Digital Marketing leadersSecondary: Product and Engineering inside the same accountVerticals: Retail, Travel & Tourism, Insurance, E-commerce, Luxury (US verticals defined with the team)Ideal Candidate Profile:3+ years closing complex B2B SaaS, full cycleOpen to any B2B Tech backgroundIntensely curious. Willing to go deep on MCP and the agent stack until you can challenge a Fortune 500 prospect on the technology itselfAI-fluent, not AI-dependent. Strong communicator with and without AI in the loopFounding-AE mentality.
