Therapist-Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.Assist individuals across over 40 counties with mental health, disabilities, and barriers, promoting their full potential.Under supervision, plan and deliver therapeutic treatments, coordinate programs, and supervise staff.Provide community education, consultation, and evaluation services as needed.Maintain high-quality, efficient service delivery aligned with core values of choice, respect, teamwork, and education.Qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, licensure eligibility, and preferred experience in mental health services.Skills needed include therapeutic treatment, assessment, crisis response, and collaboration with clients and families.Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and loan repayment options for licensed therapists at designated NHSC locations.
