As a Solar Electrician, you’ll take the lead on-site, ensuring our solar installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality.What You’ll DoOversee installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems, from layout to activationBe the go-to person for homeowners—answering questions and guiding them through installation dayEnsure all work aligns with safety codes and OSHA standardsKeep projects on track by managing materials, enforcing site protocols, and documenting daily progressInstall, test, and demonstrate system functionality to ensure top-tier performanceTroubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with confidence and expertiseWhat You BringLicensed Electrician (PA) with a valid driver’s licenseProven leadership on job sites with a strong electrical backgroundWorking knowledge of electrical codes, PV systems, and OSHA safety standardsAbility to lift up to 50lbs and work in various physical positionsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsA passion for sustainability and a desire to be part of something biggerPhysical RequirementsFrequent travel to job sites, climbing ladders, working outdoors, and lifting materialsComfortable standing, squatting, bending, and using tools for extended periodsAt Ethical Energy, we don’t just install solar—we’re creating a movement for energy independence and sustainability.
