We believe in creating a vibrant and energetic work environment where our team members can thrive and grow.Our mission is to cultivate kindness one tasty drink at a time.WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...The North America Supply Chain Forecasting & Analytics role is responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving demand forecasts across the 7 Brew supply chain. This position will partner closely with suppliers and internal Supply Chain leaders to support a fast-growing business, including new stand openings, featured drink promotions and evolving product demand patterns.In addition to forecasting responsibilities, this role will provide financial and analytical support across the broader 7 Brew Supply Chain organization, including Procurement, Distribution and Logistics. The ideal candidate combines strong forecasting and modeling capabilities with business acumen, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...Build, manage and refine demand forecasts for key suppliersIncorporate business drivers such as rapid store expansion, seasonality, promotional activity, limited-time offers and featured drink campaigns into forecasting models.Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to align on assumptions and forecast adjustments.Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve service, inventory health and supplier readiness.Develop short-, mid-, and long-range forecasting views to support operational and strategic planning.Support launch planning and demand readiness for new market openings and product rollouts.Conduct financial analysis for the Supply Chain organization, including Procurement, Distribution, and Logistics.Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling for supply chain-related costs and investments.Build reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into key financial and operational metrics.Evaluate the financial impact of sourcing decisions, network changes, promotions, and expansion initiatives.Provide ad hoc analysis and business cases to support leadership decision-making.MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...Experience supporting high-growth, multi-site, retail, restaurant, CPG, or consumer-facing businesses preferred.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.Experience with forecasting tools, ERP systems, BI tools, or data visualization platforms preferred.Experience in food & beverage, QSR, restaurant, or franchise environments.Experience forecasting promotional or limited-time offer demand.EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Why Join 7 Brew?At 7 Brew, you'll be part of one of the fastest-growing QSR brands in the U.S. We offer opportunities for career development, a supportive team culture, and the chance to make a difference while having fun at work.If you're excited to join a team that values kindness, speed, and great drinks—we'd love to hear from you!
