Event Marketing Specialist

Location: Aventura, Florida (On-Site)To be considered, candidates MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and willing to work on-site at our headquarters in Aventura.RBI Private Lending is a U.S.-based real estate lending company focused on providing strategic capital solutions for residential real estate investors and developers. Through bridge, construction, and investment loan programs, we support investors in acquiring, renovating, and building residential properties across key U.S. markets.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination & LogisticsAssist in planning and coordinating RBI participation in industry events, conferences, and internal activations. Manage logistics including materials, shipping, timelines, and vendor coordination. Support on-site execution when required.Marketing Support Coordinate marketing materials for events including presentations, printed collateral, and giveaways. Ensure all materials are prepared and delivered on time.Lead Capture & CRM Support Assist in collecting attendee and lead information during events. Enter and organize data in CRM (HubSpot). Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.Follow-Up CoordinationSupport post-event follow-ups and internal coordination with the sales team. Help ensure all leads are properly tracked and followed up.Vendor & Budget SupportAssist with vendor coordination and quote collection. Track basic event expenses and support payment processes.Team CoordinationWork closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support event and campaign execution. Assist with scheduling and coordination as needed.Qualifications2-4 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles in marketing, events, or administrative support).Bilingual (English / Spanish).Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and reliability.Strong communication skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
