Job Summary: Java Developer Role: Senior Full Stack Java Developer (2 positions)Summary Of Responsibilities Drive full stack application development using modern, cloud-native and hybrid architectures. Design and implement scalable APIs with robust security, monitoring, and logging. Develop rich UI components using frameworks like React or Angular. Manage AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (CloudFormation, Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, etc.). Own production environment operations, reviewing and approving all changes before deployment. Interface with vendors (e.g., Blackrock Aladdin, Snowflake) for system integration and enhancements. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve team efficiency. Provide mentorship, technical leadership, and oversight to a development team (employees, contractors, vendors). Ensure adherence to development strategy, standards, and procedures throughout the software development life-cycle.Required Experience & Qualifications 10+ years experience in coding/designing with multiple programming languages. 7+ years experience designing and building complex software applications in varied environments. Experience with vendor partner resources (on- and off-shore). Strong full stack development skills: Javascript (React/Angular), Node.js/Java/.NET/Python, and SQL. Hands-on AWS experience (Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, etc.). CI/CD tools experience: Jenkins, Github Actions, Terraform, CloudFormation. Strong API development & integration experience. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium).Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management. Knowledge of front office platforms and workflows (OMS, PMS, risk engines).Team Environment Work closely with portfolio managers and investment teams. Collaborate globally with stakeholders across investment, operations, product, and technology teams.
