Program Director RNRole SummaryOur client is seeking a Program Director, RN, to join their rapidly growing team. The Program Director, RN, partners both internally and externally to ensure patient wound care is taken to the next level of care. In this role, the candidate will engage with physicians and medical staff in state-of-the-art wound care facilities, executing objectives and long-term goals to ensure the successful operation of the wound care center.Key Results Area:Uphold hospital partner reports and operations, directly collaborating with management and staffProblem-solving and troubleshooting issues between centers, physicians, and hospital partnersManage clinic/operational center employees' performance, behavior, and trainingDemonstrate leadership through role-modeling best practicesCollaborate with the medical director and staff to accomplish the company’s performance improvement planPrepare and manage the salary, budget, and financial objectives of the assigned clinic(s), maximizing profit without sacrificing patient careSkills & Qualifications:An associate’s degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in nursing is preferredValid CPR certification is requiredMust be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hireAt least three (3) years of experience in nurse management and hospital service-line management is preferredExcellent leadership skills and a can-do attitudeStrong Microsoft Office skills and being technologically savvyEffective problem-solving and decision-making skillsRobust verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHRforGrowth is an extension of the Growth Catalyst Group (GCG), a partnership of companies with more than 65 years of operating experience and a history of successfully serving customers across industries and disciplines.
