In this position, you will support critical organizational development and learning initiatives across a high-complexity business unit, influencing strategies for a large, diverse workforce.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) leadership for assigned lines of business.Manage OD&L processes and lead significant learning projects across diverse geographies.Engage directly with Business Leaders to align learning strategies with business goals.Adjust objectives, policies, and plans with a high degree of autonomy.Oversee development initiatives for a population exceeding 2,500 employees.Collaborate on pan-Business OD&L activities to ensure consistency and operational excellence.Provide expert guidance on training and development needs for complex portfolios.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.5 years of professional experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development.Successful history supporting large, complex organizations with 2,500+ employees.Expertise in managing cross-functional projects across multiple regions or business units.Advanced proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis software.Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Strategic capability to interface with senior leadership regarding workforce development metrics.Professional background within the energy, engineering, or similarly complex industrial sectors.
