Join our team to make work better for humans and humans better at work.Work You'll DoAs a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will:Design & lead ongoing support of integrations between Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and external systemsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve post-production integration errors and failures in Workday HCMManage application management services (AMS) support tickets, document root causes, and track resolutions using service management toolsPerform routine configuration updates, optimizations, and minor enhancements to existing integrationsSupport Workday release impact assessments and regression testing; coordinate and apply integration-related updates as neededThe TeamDeloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact.
