We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.We are currently seeking a strategic leader to join our team as a Director of FP&A - Corporate in Park City, Utah reporting to the VP of FP&A.ROLE COMMITMENTSLead and evolve forecasting and reporting methodologies across all corporate functions, driving forecast accuracy and establishing best-in-class FP&APartner with the Executive team to drive financial strategy through sophisticated modeling, scenario analysisServe as a key finance leader to the CFO, owning long-term financial strategy and enterprise-wide planning objectivesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and balance sheet metrics.Pro forma scenario analysis for variety of high visibility projects and business requestsLead and own the long-term financial planning process; drive execution of ongoing strategic initiatives, including executive-level presentations, board materials, and documents supporting FP&A and Finance team needsBuild out automation and driver-based forecasting techniques for the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements in Adaptive Planning.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team; direct cross-functional efforts on company-wide initiatives involving profitability analysis, cost optimization, and comprehensive financial reporting using Adaptive PlanningOversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, procedures and modeling tools.Drive strategic projects and lead systems improvements to scale iFIT’s finance infrastructure Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making.Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership and department heads, delivering executive-level analysis and actionable insights to guide business decisions.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEEducation and Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferredProficiency in Excel, BI, Tableau, HFM, and SQL.8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Treasury, or corporate finance, including demonstrated leadership and people management in complex, high-growth businessesProven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisKnowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)Experience supporting balance sheet and cash flow modeling and analysis.Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trendsPrivate Equity and/or prior M&A experience strongly preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adaptive PlanningExperience with SAP is a plusUnderstanding of business strategy and the ability to translate strategic objectives into financial plans.Experience building and managing a full 3 statement modelDISCLAIMERCompensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan, and exemption status.
