Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Cinnabon Crew Member, where you'll play a key role in delivering delicious baked goods and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, quick service environment. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing food, operating POS systems, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Duties Prepare and serve fresh Cinnabon products according to company recipes and standards Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and other duties as needed Engage with customers to promote products and increase sales through effective upselling techniques Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail is preferred but not required; training will be provided Over 18 yrs old and available evenings and weekends Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or cafes is advantageous Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed Join us as a Cinnabon Crew Member and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating delightful experiences for our guests through quality products and exceptional service.
