Family Law Attorney

Job Description: This role is for a New Jersey family law attorney who wants to practice law at a high level and be accountable for results without the headaches of firm partnership/management or the “big law” culture drawbacks. What You'll Do: Serve as lead attorney on family law matters from strategy through resolution Collaborate with our team of paralegals and legal assistants to support your work Delegate effectively and maintain quality control Maintain accountability for deadlines, workflow, and client experience Appear in court, mediations, and hearings as required Collaborate with firm leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes Contribute to the growth of the firm Who This Role Is For: Is licensed and in good standing with The New Jersey Bar Has 7+ years of family law experience Has an existing book of business Is comfortable being accountable for basic KPIs Values structure, clarity, and support Is confident, steady, and emotionally intelligent Has a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit PA license a plus! What You Won’t Do: ❌ Marketing or advertising ❌ HR Management or personnel supervision ❌ Billing, collections, or trust accounting ❌ Firm-wide operations ❌ Managing vendors or tech systems You bring the clients and focus on law. We take care of everything else.
