Job Description:
This role is for a New Jersey family law attorney who wants to practice law at a high level and be accountable for results without the headaches of firm partnership/management or the “big law” culture drawbacks.

You know how to manage cases and deliver excellent legal work — but you’re finished being the paralegal, the marketer, and the collections officer.
What You'll Do:
Serve as lead attorney on family law matters from strategy through resolution
Collaborate with our team of paralegals and legal assistants to support your work
Delegate effectively and maintain quality control
Maintain accountability for deadlines, workflow, and client experience
Appear in court, mediations, and hearings as required
Collaborate with firm leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes
Contribute to the growth of the firm
Who This Role Is For:
Is licensed and in good standing with The New Jersey Bar
Has 7+ years of family law experience
Has an existing book of business
Is comfortable being accountable for basic KPIs
Values structure, clarity, and support
Is confident, steady, and emotionally intelligent
Has a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
PA license a plus!
What You Won’t Do:

❌ HR Management or personnel supervision
❌ Billing, collections, or trust accounting
❌ Firm-wide operations
❌ Managing vendors or tech systems

Compensation & Upside:
Base salary starting at $165,000+ (full-time, DOE)
