Overview:Job Summary:Drive identification of requirements for our Catering and Meals Services system replacement, working with our Catering, Hospitality, and Inflight business partners. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems requirements that promote increased efficiency, reliability, and intelligence.Primary Responsibilities:Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usabilityPartner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teamsIdentify, evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements and processes on a continuing basisAuthor and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentationQualifications:Technical Degree or related work experienceProven experience in process and systems requirements gatheringProven analytical abilitiesPractical experience generating process documentation and reports
