Founded from academic research at a leading artificial intelligence lab, the company develops AI-powered solutions that combine specialized hardware with remote clinical expertise to enhance safety, improve resident outcomes, and reduce operational costs in senior living environments.About the OpportunityThe Implementation Manager leads the deployment of advanced technology solutions for healthcare clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales through operational launch. This role manages multiple implementation projects, coordinates technical requirements and stakeholder activities, and supports successful technology adoption. The position directly contributes to client satisfaction, project delivery, and improved care outcomes.Responsibilities• Serve as an advocate for the organization throughout the customer journey from late-stage sales through service launch.• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during implementation.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.• Conduct virtual and onsite assessments to determine technical and installation requirements.• Collaborate with internal teams to define, document, and manage project scope.• Lead customer onboarding activities, including training, user account setup, and technical support.• Coordinate procurement, equipment, and logistics to meet implementation timelines.• Provide remote support and troubleshoot technical issues following implementation.• Train installation vendors and monitor adherence to quality standards.• Identify implementation challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Requirements• Minimum 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or a related field, preferably within a startup or technology environment.• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.• Experience implementing technology solutions involving networking or technical infrastructure.• Experience with solution design and system integration for diverse customer environments.• Willingness to travel up to 25% and use a personal vehicle for business travel.• Ability to occasionally lift and handle heavy equipment.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.• Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.Benefits & Perks• Fully remote work environment• Fully paid employee premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) program• Monthly stipends for education, well-being, and work-from-home expenses• Non-accrual paid time off• Medical and family/parental leave• Company retreatsEqual Opportunity Statement:Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
