As a Route Driver, you'll represent Tide Cleaners professionally and ensure outstanding customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Exceptional Service - Uphold Tide Cleaners' core values: Guest Services, Excellence, Commitment, Integrity, and Top Quality.Drive Route Sales Growth - Proactively sell route services through cold-calling, setting appointments, and closing sales with potential customers.Efficient Route Management - Pick up and deliver garments promptly while maintaining a well-organized route system.Customer Engagement - Build strong relationships through regular communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Problem Resolution - Address customer concerns, de-escalate issues, and ensure satisfaction.Maintain High Standards - Ensure the quality and service standards of Tide Cleaners are consistently met.Operate in a Fast-Paced Environment - Work with attention to detail and efficiency.Strengthen Customer Loyalty - Drive retention by fostering positive connections with customers.Handle Logistics - Load and unload garments safely and efficiently.Team Collaboration - Work harmoniously with co-workers to maintain a productive and supportive work environment.QualificationsExperience in route sales is preferred but not required-we value passion and dedication to excellent customer service.Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer-first mindset.Ability to identify and meet customers' needs with professionalism.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.High school diploma or GED required.Ability to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and background check.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.BenefitsHealth InsuranceVisionDental401 (k)Yearly Paid Time OffPaid Holidays
