Role Description This is a part-time, on-site position for a Wellness Advisor at NJ Leaf, located in North Brunswick, NJ. The Wellness Advisor will assist customers at the dispensary by providing personalized wellness advice, guiding product selection, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, offering insights into wellness best practices, and maintaining knowledge of NJ Leaf’s offerings to support customers' holistic health and well-being goals. Qualifications Expertise in Health & Wellness and Wellness CoachingKnowledge in Nutrition and Weight ManagementStrong Coaching skills to guide customers toward achieving their wellness goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in cannabis, alternative medicine, or holistic health is an assetAbility to work in a team environment while delivering personalized serviceAvailability for flexible work hours, including weekends, as per business needs
