Let’s take a closer look at the roleJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesTransport finished goods and/or raw materials safely and efficientlyPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including light preventative maintenanceEnsure compliance with all commercial motor vehicle regulations and company policiesManeuver trucks into loading and unloading positions safelyProvide warehouse support and assist with general operations as neededWork EnvironmentCombination of driving and warehouse responsibilitiesFast-paced logistics and transportation environmentWork may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsPhysically active role requiring movement, lifting, and equipment operationDays and Shift InformationMost likely a 7-9am start. Could fluctuate9 hours dailyMight be needed to drive Box truck and Sprinter van at times.QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredValid Class A CDL requiredExperienceMinimum of 5 years of commercial driving experience preferredExperience operating commercial motor vehicles and performing inspectionsFamiliarity with DOT regulations and safety standardsWarehouse or logistics experience is a plusManual Transmission experience requiredPersonality TraitsTeam player with a willingness to assist wherever neededStrong work ethic with a “whatever it takes” mentalityPositive and dependable attitudeSafety-focused and detail-orientedFlexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environmentAdditional InformationBenefits/Perks$31/hrAccrue up to five days PTO in first year.
