Honda Finance Manager

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!The Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle financing and protection product process while ensuring a compliant, transparent, and positive purchase experience. This role partners closely with the sales team to maximize profitability, maintain lender relationships, and uphold Honda brand standards.What You'll Do:Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.)Secure competitive financing through approved lendersEnsure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and Honda guidelinesAccurately complete and submit finance contracts and required documentationMaintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and captive lendersReview credit applications and explain financing options clearly to customersWork closely with sales managers and sales consultants to close deals efficientlyMaintain CSI standards and deliver an exceptional customer experienceStay current on Honda programs, incentives, and compliance updatesWhat You'll Need:Previous automotive Finance Manager experience preferred (Honda experience a plus)Strong understanding of automotive lending, F&I products, and complianceProven ability to meet or exceed monthly finance and product penetration goalsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced dealership environmentValid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits & Employee PerksMedical, Dental, Vision, and Complimentary Life Insurance401k Matching and FSATuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off (accrues)Supplemental Insurance (Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness)Discounts on Vehicles, Services, and PartsEqual Opportunity Employer
