Title: Account/ Project ManagerType: Full-time, in-officeLocation: Charlotte, NC (South End)Comp: $120-$140kSummary: We are looking for a Project Manager who can ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will excel in direct client management, both in-person and virtually, and proactively understand client-specific use cases and requirements. Technical background with experience managing software projects through an SDLC required.Responsibilities:Face-to-face and virtual client management for software implementationsManage and execute multiple projects from initiation to closureTake ownership and be accountable for project outcomes, ensuring they align with client expectations and deliver tangible valueCollaborate and work closely with clients to gain insights into their unique use cases and requirements, shaping the project’s objectives and scope.Gather effort estimates, prepare work breakdown structures, and define project schedules in a formal project planCoordinate and track the internal progress of the project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met in a timely mannerCreate and manage tickets for client-requested features, ensuring a clear understanding of user stories and business requirementsPrioritize work to best meet deadlines and proactively optimize teams’ time and effortIdentify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, providing proactive communication to stakeholders and clientsDevelop and conduct presentations and demos, and other formal communications, to articulate project value and progressDrive the Change Management procedures for assigned projectsMaintain Project Artifacts and implement versioning procedures throughout teamMaintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignmentProvide escalation management by addressing and resolving client escalations efficiently, while maintaining client satisfactionProvide internal training and mentoring on Project Management best practicesRequirements: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management Experience managing complex SDLC projects and multiple concurrent initiativesStrong communication, presentation, and client‑facing skillsSkilled in risk management, requirements gathering, and cross‑team coordinationProficient in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, outlook, teams, project); SharePoint preferredDetail‑oriented, organized, and able to work under pressureStrong interpersonal skills and professional presence
