Your new companyOur client, a well‐respected San Francisco Bay Area General Contractor, is adding an Estimator to its 12‐person preconstruction team. The company is known for consistently delivering high‐quality work. The firm has built a strong reputation across multifamily, commercial, civic, aviation, and seismic‐retrofit projects ranging from $5M to $200M+. This is a full‐time, in‐office role in San Francisco with an excellent work‐life balance.Your new roleAs the successful Estimator, you'll support preconstruction efforts on projects typically ranging up to $50m, handling full-scope estimating responsibilities. You'll work alongside Senior and Junior Estimators and collaborate closely with project teams and design partners.Key responsibilities include:Preparing detailed takeoffs, budgets, and cost estimatesReviewing plans, specs, and project documentsLeading subcontractor outreach and bid scopingSupporting proposals, bids, and value‐engineeringParticipating in preconstruction and design development meetingsWhat you'll need to succeed5–7 years GC experience, including 1–2 years full-scope estimatingExperience with multifamily and negotiated workDegree in Construction Management, Architecture, or EngineeringStrong plan reading, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work onsite in San FranciscoWhat you'll get in returnBase salary up to $155k$650/month vehicle allowance, gas card, FastrakBonus eligibilityFull medical, dental, vision + 401(k) matchPTO, holidays, professional developmentSupportive leadership and a well-staffed teamWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume or call us now to discuss.
