experienced SAP FSM Architectto lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise SAP Field Service Management solutionsacross multiple client environments.This is a senior, client-facing consulting role requiring strong architectural expertise, hands-on SAP FSM knowledge, and the ability to operate across complex enterprise landscapes.The Architect will act as the leading the design, configuration, and delivery of scalable field service management solutions using SAP Field Service Management, integrated with enterprise SAP ecosystems including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Customer Experience platforms.The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in service operations, dispatching, scheduling, mobile workforce management, and enterprise integration architecture.This position supports multiple clients and requires strong consulting capability, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability across industries.Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture DesignLead end-to-end architecture design for SAP FSM implementationsDefine scalable and reusable FSM solution frameworksDesign service workflows including scheduling, dispatching, and field executionEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and SAP best practices Business Requirement AnalysisGather and analyze business requirements from client stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional and technical SAP FSM solutionsConduct workshops with business users and technical teamsDefine service lifecycle processes and field operations models SAP FSM Configuration OptimizationConfigure SAP FSM modules including:Scheduling and dispatchingMobile workforce enablementService order executionResource planning and optimizationOptimize system performance and service workflowsDefine and implement best practices for field service operations Integration ArchitectureLead integration design between SAP FSM and enterprise systems including:SAP S/4HANASAP CX / Service platformsThird-party enterprise systemsDefine API-based integration strategiesWork with middleware teams (CPI/PI/PO) for data exchange flowsEnsure real-time and batch integration consistency Technical
