Job Summary: We are seeking an engaged, highly motivated, quick paced, and driven Project Manager. You will be tasked securing projects, scheduling, buyout, oversight, support, safety, and project execution at a high level. Required complete understanding of Horizontal and Vertical Construction. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in Commercial Construction projects and execution. Experience with Government, Education, QSR, Retail, and Heavy Industrial is preferred. Leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency is required. Key Responsibilities Project Lead for Scope and Objectives Client Relationship Management and Communication Budget and Resource Management Schedule Management (MS Project) Procurement and Subcontractor Management Design Coordination and Risk Management Team Communications and Support Documentation Management & Reporting (Procore) Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on Commercial Construction projects. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Project Management Tools (Procore) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Microsoft 365 Tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA, LEED, or similar are a plus.
