In this critical role, you will provide top-tier care to patients in urgent, critical, and acute conditions across various settings. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working alongside physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-focused care. Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct care to patients in acute settings such as ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and more. Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely entries in the electronic health record (EHR). Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians. Manage patients with complex needs, including multi-system failure, trauma, or recovery from surgery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, medications, and recovery processes. Registered Nurse Qualifications: Active RN license. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
