Program Management Office Lead
Position Description:We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support complex enterprise projects andprograms. This role will create key project management deliverables (such as project statuses, plans,risks & issue logs, and executive briefings) and work closely with teams and stakeholders to achievePriorities and goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This positionreports directly to the IT PMO.Skills Requirement:Strong working knowledge of PMBOK and Agile frameworks, with the ability to plan and executeprojects using either methodology and tailor approaches as needed.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the executive presence to deliverclear status updates and produce high-quality leadership-level documentation.Proven ability to resolve issues, influence stakeholders, negotiate difficult situations, and maintainstrict timelines.Demonstrated ability managing technology vendors across the full project lifecycle, ensuringperformance, tracking deliverables, resolving issues promptly, and mitigating risks.Solid working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) whilecoordinating internal IT teams and external vendors for smooth technical delivery.Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex web-development projects.Experience with Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Hybrid project methodologies.Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, and/or similar tools for project planning and tracking.Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong grasp of business and technology operations, priorities, policies, and resource needs.Ability to clarify ambiguous assignments and drive alignment.Demonstrate high-quality customer service and empathy while managing within scope, schedule, andbudget constraints.Certification:PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or similar certification.Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.At least 8 years of progressive experience in project management consulting or technical projectmanagement.Proven experience leading highly technical teams in the development and delivery of complexsystems.Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and driving performance to meet contractcommitments.Experience working within a PMO preferred.
