New employees receive hands-on training and opportunities to grow as the company expands.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory handling, and material movement. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Order FulfillmentVerify and audit items for sales order shipmentsPick and pull items based on order specifications (number, size, quantity, quality)Prepare, pack, and stage orders for shipment (Ground, LTL, domestic, and international)Ensure order accuracy prior to shipmentMark, label, and shrink-wrap skids or containersPrepare bills of lading and schedule carrier pickups (online or by phone)Maintain accurate shipping recordsReceiving & InventoryReceive incoming shipments (LTL, UPS, FedEx) and verify counts and conditionInspect deliveries against packing slips and bills of ladingOpen boxes and break down skids to verify contentsReport discrepancies, damages, or shortages to Customer ServiceUse RF systems to receive, stage, and put away materialsAssist with inventory counts and organizationWarehouse OperationsTransport materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forkliftsLoad and unload trucks as neededOperate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, etc.)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform general warehouse and clerical duties as assignedRequirements:RequirementsMust be safety conscious at all timesPrevious warehouse experience requiredExperience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or similar equipment (certification preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsTeam player with a self-motivated attitudeGood hand-eye coordinationAbility to safely use ladders and warehouse equipmentBasic computer skills (RF systems experience a plus)Fluent in EnglishReliable attendance and punctuality requiredAbility to work overtime as neededMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions
