Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for Management Staff, based in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will oversee operational activities, coordinate team efforts, and ensure that high standards of service and efficiency are consistently met. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing staff performance, implementing company policies, addressing client needs, and optimizing workflow processes to support business objectives.
