Job DescriptionIn-House Dispatch SpecialistUrgently Hiring - Dry Force is currently hiring for our in-house Dispatch Team!Dry Force is searching for individuals with a strong work ethic, an upbeat attitude and an emergency-services background to contribute to the success of a quickly growing small company. Provide pre-arrival instructions to customers while they are awaiting a technician. Coordinate emergency work orders, relaying information to closest and most suitable technicians availableMonitor jobs in order to provide customers with feedback during callsServe as an empathetic liaison to the customer - Our clients are calling us at a very difficult time and being sympathetic AND helpful is a requirement of the position!Enter, update, and retrieve information from several applicationsAnswer or forward non-emergency requests for assistance to the appropriate personsMinimum Requirements:1+ years of experience dispatching preferred1+ years in a direct customer service, call center environment preferredComputer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems, Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software Must be able to pass a drug screen and have clear criminal background checkHigh School Diploma or GED Must be flexible in working any shift assigned, be able to work overtime as needed and some holidaysMust have reliable transportationSince 2003, Dry Force Corp has been preserving, protecting and restoring residential and commercial properties damaged by water and fire.
