If so, we want you!<br />We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and placing candidates with our diverse client base. You'll have the chance to make a real impact by helping individuals find their jobs and assisting companies in building exceptional teams.</p> <p><br /><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, experience, and career aspirations.</li> <li>Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.</li> <li>Present qualified candidates to clients and guide both parties through the interview and offer stages.</li> <li>Facilitate the placement of candidates.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in our database.</li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.</li> <li>Must have own transportation and ability to do early morning and evening check in's on site at client facilities as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.</li> <li>A passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.</li> <li>Willing to train for the right candidate with strong motivation and sound logic.</li> <li>Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus</li> </ul>PandoLogic.
