Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager

ResponsibilitiesAccount managementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsLead monthly client meetings to review strategy, progress, and resultsRespond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and issuesBuild and maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retentionContent creationDevelop on-brand social media content including graphics, short-form videos, GIFs, and carouselsAdd captions, text overlays, and audio to video content with professional-grade qualityBuild monthly content calendars, content pillars, and brand guidelines per clientSchedule and publish content via Buffer; monitor post performanceRun and optimize paid social media ads for engagement and reachMonitor comments and messages across client channels; respond professionally to build communityCompile monthly reports and meet with client monthly to review key metrics and strategic insightsRequired skills and experience1+ year of professional social media management or digital marketing experience, with at least some of that in professional services or B2BProficiency in Buffer, Slack, and CanvaStrong graphic design skills and video editing capability (captions, intros/outros, etc.)Ability to develop brand guidelines and content strategy from the ground upExperience managing client communications in a professional, agency, or consulting contextExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred skillsExperience running and optimizing paid social campaignsComfort interpreting analytics and translating data into strategy recommendationsStrong written communication skills — you can write in the voice of a professional, not a brand influencer
