Fire Sprinkler Apprentice - Locations: Eagan
Wintegrity is searching for (2) Fire Sprinkler Apprentice to join a growing team supporting commercial and residential fire sprinkler installation projects. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-earnopportunity ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, framing, farming, or related trades. Candidates must be willing to travel weekly to job sites within a 2-hour radius of Eagan, MN.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist licensed journeymen with the installation, modification, and servicing of fire sprinkler systems
Install sprinkler piping, heads, hangers, and related components according to approved blueprints and NFPA 13/13R/13D standards
Cut, thread, groove, and join pipe using hand and power tools
Support system testing, flushing, and inspections
Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA regulations
Attend all required apprenticeship classes and complete coursework on schedule
Travel weekly to assigned project sites within a 2-hour radius
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, framing, sprinkler installation, farming, or other hands-on labor environments preferred
Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn technical trade skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and stand for extended periods
Stable employment history required; candidates with frequent job changes every 3-4 months will not be considered
Must pass a background check and complete a company application
Valid driver's license required
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required
CERTIFICATION: Enrollment in, or eligibility for, a UA (United Association) or equivalent registered apprenticeship program preferred
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Compensation ranges from $25-$32/hour, with a $45/day per diem for food and hotel accommodations covered for overnight assignments.
