Resource Management Systems, Inc.Job Requisition – Public Transit DriverJob Title: Public Transit DriverDepartment: OperationsReports To: Regional Manager / Operations SupervisorLocation: Moultrie, GeorgiaEmployment Type: Full-Time/Part-TimePosition Summary:Resource Management Systems, Inc. (RMS) is seeking dependable drivers to provide public transportation to the local community. This role supports safe and efficient passenger transport and currently holds an active standard Drivers License or a CDL with Passenger Endorsement.**This position is a safety sensitive position and will require the ability to pass DOT required screenings****Certain positions are subject to insurance and regulatory requirements, including minimum age criteria**Key Responsibilities:Safely operate company vehicles for passenger transportTransport clients to and from scheduled appointmentsAssist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles (if applicable)Operate wheelchair lifts and ensure passenger safetyConduct vehicle inspections as outlined in company policyMaintain accurate trip and mileage recordsCommunicate with dispatch and management as neededMaintain vehicle cleanliness and professionalismMinimum Qualifications:Valid Commercial Driver's License with Passenger EndorsementValid Standard Driver's LicenseAcceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (DOT)Ability to pass criminal background checkAbility to pass a pre-employment physical (DOT)Must be at least 21 years of age (to comply with insurance requirements)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in transportation, delivery, or customer service (preferred but not required)Experience assisting passengers with mobility needsCPR/First Aid CertificationWork Environment & Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periodsAbility to assist passengers and lift up to 50 lbs.Frequent entering and exiting of vehiclesExposure to outdoor conditionsAdditional Requirements:Completion of onboarding and training requirements prior to assignmentCompliance with RMS policies and uniform standardsFull time is 30 hours or more/weekPart time is 20 hours/weekCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly payBenefits eligibility per company policyCompany Cell PhoneCompany Provided UniformsGrowth opportunitiesPTO (Daily Time Off) accrues at .05hrs earned/1hr worked capped at 40hrsSick time accrues at 1.5hrs/40hrs worked1 week of vacation for 5yrsAbility to earn more through our monthly Safety Incentive ProgramHourly Rate $15.88-$16.88Return to RequisitionReturn to Requisitions ListReturn to RequisitionReturn to Requisitions ListReturn to RequisitionReturn to Requisitions List
