Salesforce Developer

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role will play a key part in building scalable solutions, integrating systems, and enhancing user experience across the organization. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and integration engineers to deliver high-quality solutions leveraging Salesforce, MuleSoft APIs, and Open CTI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft APIs Implement and support Open CTI integrations to enhance call center and customer interaction capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in a timely manner Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices for coding, testing, and deployment Support data migrations, data quality initiatives, and system upgrades Contribute to documentation of technical designs, processes, and configurations Required Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.) Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms and REST/SOAP APIs Experience working with or supporting Open CTI integrations Understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or working toward it) Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Exposure to JavaScript frameworks and modern web development practices Experience working in a multi-system integration environment
