Painting Contractor Project Manager

aint PM- Compensation- $90,000.00-$120,000.00 DOE General knowledge of paint products, means and methods Applies standard Project Management framework processes and methodologies to lean project efforts involving departmental or cross-functional teams. Plans, coordinates and monitors scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff and deliverables. Monitors the project from initiation through completion. Organizes and leads activities relating to the management and completion of projects. Applies skills as a seasoned, experienced technical project management professional with a full understanding of project management frameworks and methods, relevant policies and procedures to resolve a wide range of issues. Demonstrates competency in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Manages projects of diverse scope, size, impact, budget and / or project team size. Additionally, applies advanced business process and analysis concepts and organizational objectives to resolve highly complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Employee must be available to travel as required minimum of 5+ years’ experience working in a Construction Project Manager capacity for a full-service commercial general contractor within the state of California Past project experience involving any of the following types of projects: commercial interiors, commercial tenant improvements, commercial renovations, corporate office, gaming/casino resort, industrial/warehouse, retail, entertainment, resort/hospitality, aviation, multifamily high-rise interiors, or another form commercial special projects Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering or another applicable field from a U.S. accredited college or university (preferred but not necessarily required Experience with construction management/project management software Budget management experience Desire and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Must be able to perform low level of physical tasks, conducting job site walkthroughs, be able to lift 25lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
