Team MemberPrimary Role:Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and quality products. A Team Member functions primarily as the main connection between Jamba Juice and the customer.Essential Functions:GeneralDeliver the ultimate customer service experience and impressions of the Jamba brandAble to clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all customersResponsible for customer product and service standardsFoster an environment of team workMaintain exceptional customer service metric scoresCommunicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations.Follow all company operations policies and proceduresCustomer Service Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer in store experienceExecute customer service standards through the utilization of Jamba On StageGreet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contactRecommend appropriate product to meet customer's needsEnhance customer experience through engagement and samplingOperations Execute quality store operationsClean blenders, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessaryMust be able to operate food preparation machineryStocking of all suppliesRespond to directions in an accurate and timely mannerAdhere to all Jamba food, safety and security guidelines while respecting Jamba propertyMaster station operations of the store.Successfully complete the Jamba store and company policy trainingsBusiness Management Provide a healthy consistent productConsistently make and serve all Jamba products to specificationsFollows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all productsExecutes proper portion control with all ingredientsMust be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to Jamba Juice cash handling policiesRequirements: Must be 16 years of ageComputer skills including some Microsoft software and register skillsMust be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shiftsAbility to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shiftAbility to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
