Equipment Operator- Order Selector

Order Selector (must be versatile in driving electric double pallet jack and high reach truck.This job is NOT solely an equipment operator position. Workers will be majority selecting/picking orders (double pallet jack) as well as replenishment (high reach).MUST HAVE ON RESUME or in CHAT FEATURE ON JOB SEEKER PROFILE***MUST have experience as a HIGH REACH TRUCK DRIVER AND ELECTRIC DOULBLE PALLET JACK ***This is to be listed in the experience section, not in skills or summary as the manager needs to see when they performed these qualifications******SHIFT 5am-1:30 FIRST Shift (OT required for the 1st week of the month. after the first week is it optional)***MAX PAY RATE $17.00******Environment- dry goods, non-freezer for hotel amenities. working on ***Will be asked to do additional warehouse work as described below.? Unloading & loading of shipments:? Uses various powered industrial equipment to perform the following:Inbound / Receiving? Unload inbound shipments and convey product tostaging area to be received inInspect count & examine all shipments being unloaded against PO?sfor damages and/or discrepancies? Document all overages, shortages and damages? Ensure that all necessary signatures are on thedriver?s paperwork before the driver is releasedPut Away? Conveying of items from the Receiving area or Staging area to Home, Overflowor Bulk locations? Replenishment, Item Demand, Count Checks and? Consolidation of items in the warehouse:? Convey items from storage locations to Home/Bulk locations? Consolidate like items in storage locations to maximize warehouse space? Count inventory to make sure product quantities are correct in the locationsOutbound/ Shipping? Wrap pallets by machine or hand to ensure stability? Load outbound shipments in a way so that they are stable toensure safety and avoid product being damagedEquipment Used: Crown High Reach, Raymond High reach, Double Electric riding pallet Jack, Dock Stocker forklift, Cherry Picker Forklift.Each associate will be provided with a blue tooth device.Employees will communicate with voice communicator toreceive orders and locations to pick as an order selector.If working in receiving the voice communicator will provideinformation to putaway the item in its correct location etc2nd shift order selectingBefore the start and end of the shift, associates will get their equipment from the charging station and return at the end of their shift. Before the start of picking, must do a check to make sure it's safe to use. If not, please report to management. Grab 2 pallets and begin on aisle 22 and end on 43 etc.After all the order has been picked by the order selector, get address labels and LPN and place them on the correct order pallet. Drop order off in shipping.
