Your key responsibilities: As a Production Technician, you will have key responsibilities supporting manufacturing operations either in the manufacturing, packaging, and/or product labeling areas. You will set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. You will also check and inspect operation against predetermined tolerances. You will provide support to an area, person, or program. Interface with internal customers. Perform semi-routine support duties of a specialized nature within an assigned area. You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. Maintaining material/supply needs to support production Setting up & operating equipment and processing materials & packaging kits in accordance with standard operating procedures Inspecting products and components to verify completeness of the final device and product information is precise and legible. Inspecting product for quality and adherence to specifications Ensuring full compliance with both GMP and housekeeping standards within packaging area Participating in trouble-shooting and problem solving associated with packaging process Completing and ensuring accuracy of all process orders and associated required documentation, records, and metrics Preparing work centers for appropriate line clearance procedure and conducting regular cleaning in accordance with standard operating procedures May train others in department as needed Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency Preferred qualifications: 1 year of related experience in production or manufacturing assembly in a regulated industry Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally Ability to have flexibility in work schedule when needed Thorough understanding of the principles and applications of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Basic computer skills with competency using standard software packages Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment Thorough understanding of appropriate safety procedures Detail oriented Additional Details Manager's Requested XXXX : (No Value)Rate Lookup by GEO US : US_Production_Associate_II_CO|G07|24.02-25.76|33.38-35.81Planned office work location : (No Value)Does On Call apply for this position? : No
